The clinic would like to assure our clients that we are doing everything we can to protect you, your pets and our staff from the coronavirus.
Our receptionists are able to book routine appointments and procedures, however, please be aware that our telephone lines are very busy at present and routine appointment availability is slightly limited in order to allow urgent and emergency cases to be seen. If we are unable to book you an appointment at a time convenient to you, please try to be as understanding as possible as we are working tirelessly to see every patient.
If you require repeat medication for your pet, please contact the surgery as normal, allowing a minimum of 24 hours notice and your repeat will be ready for you to either collect (observing social distancing rules) or we can arrange for this to be posted. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE WITHOUT PRE-ORDERING!
For the time being, we will be continuing to collect your pet from your vehicle and examine them in the surgery. No clients are allowed in the consulting rooms at present, although this is being reviewed regularly and we hope to be able to welcome you all back into the clinic again soon.
When you arrive at the clinic please report to reception and our friendly receptionists will deal with your query or book you in for your appointment, you must then return to your vehicle and await the vet / nurse. At the end of your appointment please return to reception to make payment for your pet’s treatment. You must wear a face covering when entering the building.
Please remember we are always at the end of the telephone, or you can email us at enquiries@greenlanevetclinic.co.uk for help and support.
Val and the team here at Green Lane Veterinary Clinic would like to thank you for your support during these difficult and unprecedented times of trying to establish a “New normal” and hope you, your families and your pet’s stay safe and well!!
Please note that abuse of any kind towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
